 Sales policy

All Sales are final, please before purchasing  ask your wife, partner , parents before proceeding with the purchase .


HZOTICS reserve's the right to refuse sale to any individual . Specially if we feel its an impulse buy,  the buyer lacks the experience  or doesn't  have the proper husbandry  or cage setup.



 Live Arrival

HZOTICS   guarantees  live and healthy arrival of shipped animals.  Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, we expect you to call us first . We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must be there and sign for your animal delivery.


Shipping policy


All animal shipments are shipped via  FedEx Priority Overnight  directly to your door or to a FedEx Hub near you. Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures upon arrival are between 45-90 degrees.

Our policy does not cover DOAs if shipment is delayed by a FedEx National Service Disruption. This rare but catastrophic disruption is usually caused by extreme weather conditions such as hurricanes and blizzards.

Our guarantee applies if the animal arrives on time and is DOA. Guarantees are typically for store credit only (no refunds).  We will not guarantee an animal if  we have determined the issue is related to stress and over-handling of the animal the guarantee is void.

Customer is  required to send  High Definition photos  and or video of the animal when delivered .
